By placing an order with ModernHem, you agree to the following terms:

• Orders: An order is confirmed once payment is authorized and we send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock or pricing errors.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars; applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.
• Shipping & delivery estimates: Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.
• Returns: Our Refund & Replacement Policy governs all refund and replacement claims.
• Product information: We work to display colors and sizes accurately, but screens may vary slightly.
